We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality, family-centered care at Dayton Children's Hospital.
About the Role- This position involves conducting thorough evaluations and implementing treatment plans with measurable goals for pediatric patients.
- The successful candidate will effectively communicate with other professionals and caregivers, actively monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with pediatric populations.
