Key Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy collections in a mobile setting, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Interact with donors and coordinators, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive donation experience.
- Prepare collection sites and perform setup, including technology systems.
- Conduct donor screening and mini-physicals, and perform phlebotomy collections.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance.
- Transport staff, supplies, and equipment, and travel to other local collection sites as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including Standard Operating Procedures and safety rules.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to apply judgment to written or oral instructions.
- Flexibility to work independently and with a team, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
