**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions
- Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct patient contact, required
- Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, required
- Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation
- Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required
- Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required
