About the Role:

We are seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs, a high-growth stage startup that's revolutionizing at-home diagnostics. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and collecting high-quality specimens in patients' homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit patients in their homes or offices, drive to and from appointments, and process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car.
  • Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment and maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
  • Confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead or weeks ahead, if possible.
Requirements:
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
  • Experience processing samples.
  • Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
