Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomy Specialist at Froedtert Health, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct patient contact
  • Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • ASCP certification preferred
