About the Role

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Work with clients to conceptualize and determine change management strategies that support their goals and objectives.
  • Lead Change Management Projects: Define and drive change management projects encompassing planning, execution, and assessment.
  • Support Business Development: Contribute to business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.
  • Develop and Evolve Methodologies: Support the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Three Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to change management, including communications, content development, training, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral/cultural change.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Business Transformation Experience: Experience in business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management.
  • Strong Understanding of Business Processes: Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead staff in conceptualizing change management strategies and developing high-quality deliverables, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
