Residential Property Inspector Position

As a Field Representative with National Insurance Inspection Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment performing residential property inspections. With no licensing or certifications required, this position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in property management or related fields.
Responsibilities- Accept electronic inspection orders and complete inspections in the field following established guidelines and requirements
- Return completed inspections electronically via our website on the internet from home
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while appropriately dressed during inspections
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with insureds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
