Job Description

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Southwood Realty. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and cleanliness of our properties, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all service requests in a timely manner
  • Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans
  • Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days

Qualifications

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • CPO certification preferred
  • Ability to pass drug & background screen

Benefits

This position offers an estimated salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
