Job Summary
Randstad is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join their operations team. As a key member, you will capture and validate complex data with high accuracy, pre-adjudicate documents, and research issues to ensure accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy
  • Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data discrepancies
  • Research and examine issues to ensure information is available for next steps
  • Conduct extra searches to extract accurate data and input the same
  • Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data
  • Return electronic data forms to customers for additional information

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
