About the Role

The Richmond Group USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Client Associate to join our close-knit team. As the right-hand assistant to our financial advisory practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client communication and support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying financial planning needs and solutions.
  • Prepare for client meetings and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
  • Take notes and track next steps during client meetings.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain smooth communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Required skills include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional financial office setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
