Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Account Specialist to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our Loan Operations team, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing documents, preparing loan information for digital delivery, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our loan operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing documents to make designated loan information available to users digitally.
  • Identify, prepare, scan, index, and deliver incoming mail and other documents.
  • Support the Prep/Scan/Index area in receiving and imaging all loan closing documents, checks, and correspondence.
  • Meet productivity goals within established time frames and reduce expenses year over year.
  • Deliver on our service promise in Loan Ops, measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, and error reports.
  • Ensure sound risk management and internal controls are met.

Requirements
  • High school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in lending or related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree with Loan experience, or experience working with or identifying loan documents preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, teamwork/teambuilding skills, and general office skills including typing, filing, and applicable technology.
  • Ability to follow procedures, handle multiple tasks, and work efficiently and independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of work and minimal errors.
