Job Overview

Thavma Yoga is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Scheduling and Inventory Management: Manage instructor scheduling, inventory, and sales processes to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Point of Sale (POS) System: Operate our POS system to process transactions, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Studio Maintenance: Maintain studio cleanliness, laundry, and oversee studio maintenance as necessary.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of new team members.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Ability to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, manage cash drawer, and ensure seamless operations.
