Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Stinson LLP. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical help desk experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016/365, and Mac OS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical help desk experience
  • Experience with virtualization, VMware Horizon, and Active Directory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires regular attendance and punctuality. The employee will work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to work overtime as needed.
