Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Join Swift Transportation as a Help Desk Technician and be part of a dynamic team that drives success. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers and employees, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and help desk management system.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor system hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams and collaborate with technical escalation teams to resolve issues.
  • Update daily status reports and shift handover reports to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in a technical support role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates in Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
