Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing 1st level technical support to internal employees via inbound phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Assist internal employees with technical issues via phone calls
- Provide training on specific systems and tools
- Work with a ticketing tool to manage and resolve issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous phone support experience
- Experience with a ticketing tool
- Some IT background, such as previous work history, IT degree, or IT certification
