Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit detailed Federal and multi-state tax filings for various entities, including individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for gift tax filings.
- Forecast and prepare quarterly and annual tax estimates to help clients plan their finances effectively.
- Organize and maintain tax documentation for easy access and reference during audits or inquiries.
- Issue concise information requests to gather necessary data for accurate tax filings.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to Federal, state, and local tax inquiries.
- Investigate complex Federal, state, and occasionally international tax concerns to provide accurate and well-informed advice to clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with high-net-worth or Family Office clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with GoSystem Tax RS is a plus.
