Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase account penetration and revenue growth in the RA, GI, and multi-specialty distribution market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively (25-50%) to meet with customers and prospects.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
- Work on complex projects of large scope and provide solutions that set precedent.
- Proven sales experience within the buy and bill/specialty pharma space.
- Knowledge of specialty core distribution and experience negotiating pricing and terms.
- GPO understanding and experience in the infusion space.
- Pharmaceutical field reimbursement sales experience is a plus.
- Proven record of aggressive sales prospecting.
- Anticipated pay range: $166,300 – 209,800 (includes targeted variable pay).
- Bonus eligible: Yes.
