Phlebotomist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including finger pricks and venipuncture.
  • Verify patient records and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Conduct interviews and take vital signs as necessary.
  • Screen donors at the blood bank and collect blood samples for testing.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of Phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting.
