Event and Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event and Sales Manager to join our team at Maxwell Mansion. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end experience of group events, including weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, and photographers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning and sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid US driver's license and ability to obtain beverage operator's license
