Director of Mental Health and Clinical Services

Envision Unlimited is a leading provider of comprehensive care services for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Mental Health and Clinical Services to lead our Mental Health Division in Springfield, IL.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Mental Health Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of clients, including outpatient mental health services, successful transitions, and permanent supportive housing services.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop a team of master-level clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, CQL, and funder guidelines, and lead re-accreditation activities as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractual liaisons, revenue cycle management team, and behavioral health service programs.
- Quality Improvement and Data Management: Develop and implement quality improvement activities, collect and analyze data, and monitor outcomes to ensure the program's financial sustainability.
- Training and Development: Provide in-service training to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Client-Centered Care: Ensure that client-centered care is at the forefront of all program development and implementation, prioritizing the needs and well-being of clients.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Clinical Licensure: Valid clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in behavioral health management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Medicaid and Rule 140 compliance management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
