Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Mental Health Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of clients, including outpatient mental health services, successful transitions, and permanent supportive housing services.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop a team of master-level clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, CQL, and funder guidelines, and lead re-accreditation activities as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with contractual liaisons, revenue cycle management team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Improvement and Data Management: Develop and implement quality improvement activities, collect and analyze data, and monitor productivity and financial metrics to ensure program sustainability.
- Training and Professional Development: Provide in-service training to staff, facilitate CEU opportunities, and stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in social services.
- Master's Degree: In social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Clinical Licensure: Valid clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in behavioral health management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Medicaid and Rule 140 compliance management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
