About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Springfield, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment services for individuals found unable to stand trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Manage program staff performance assessment, use of data, reporting, program evaluation, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources
  • Demonstrate competence in leadership, clinical expertise, and personnel management
Requirements
  • Masters degree in mental health field
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision preferred
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $7,500 - $9,166.66 per month DOE/Credentials
  • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
