Job Title: Airport Customer Experience Specialist On-Call

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Customer Experience Specialist On-Call to join our team at ERMC Aviation LLC. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airport visitors and travelers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to customers and travelers, resolve problems and complaints, and assist as needed.
  • Handle customer concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the airport in managing short-term and long-term changes, such as flight cancellations and terminal changes.
  • Be a positive, pleasant, and engaging representative of ERMC Aviation LLC and the airport community.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Customer Service experience is a requirement, airport experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a professional appearance.
  • Able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift and/or move items up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb, bend, and kneel.
  • Must be able to use your fingers/hands to use a keyboard or tablet.
  • Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods.
Availability:

Must have flexible availability to work most shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Availability to work during or in the event of inclement weather is mandatory.
