Job Title: Sales Associate

At StretchLab, we're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting our General Manager with new membership sales, booking introductory stretches, and retaining current members.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Book and confirm prospective clients into introductory stretches or classes
  • Greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
  • Participate in pop-up marketing events and manage social media accounts
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production and emphasize objectives of the club
  • Present available services to current or prospective members and book quality appointments
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio and maintain Club Ready booking software
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, with a part-time position typically between 25 and 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
