Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate lab operations and schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage and maintain lab equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to lab users, including basic laboratory safety, biohazard protocols, and specimen handling.
  • Assist with physical therapy technology support, including computer resource planning, software purchases, and network access.
  • Manage facilities and equipment orders, moves, and renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Act as the lab safety officer, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in project management, leadership, and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and desktop/end-user support experience.
