Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver gifts to customers to thank them for their business and foster loyalty.
  • Field customer concerns and relay them to the office to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Explain the details of our customer referral rewards program to encourage referrals.
  • Discuss potential projects with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Take before, during, and after photos of workmanship to showcase our quality.
  • Assist customers with posting online reviews on social media to enhance our reputation.
  • Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors to generate new interest and drive sales.
