The Automotive Sales Lot Coordinator is responsible for managing the dealership's vehicle lot, which includes overseeing vehicle inventory, tagging vehicles, and ensuring that everything is systematically arranged. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain vehicle inventory
  • Oversee incoming vehicle deliveries
  • Input vehicle keys into the management system
  • Ensure vehicles are ready for display
  • Conduct inspections for vehicle condition
  • Keep the inventory area clean and visually appealing
  • Assist with vehicle relocation and delivery

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and well-organized
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of eighteen
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings
