Automotive Service Lot Coordinator

As an Automotive Service Lot Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our operations and positively influencing the experiences of our team members and clients daily. We seek dynamic, people-oriented individuals who can help transform the car service experience.

The Automotive Service Lot Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving for service. This role involves welcoming and checking in customers for their appointments, as well as moving vehicles from the service area to the workshop.

  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously, gathering vehicle details when feasible.
  • Support the Service Advisor in assisting customers while ensuring the service area remains organized.
  • Safely relocate customer vehicles following the established greeting protocol.
  • Secure keys according to departmental safety measures.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and various departments within the dealership.
  • Adhere to dealership-specific procedures for delivering vehicles to customers, aiming for repeat visits and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Collaborate with fellow dealership staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Capability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended durations.
  • Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
