Automotive Service Lot Coordinator

We seek dynamic, energetic, and people-oriented individuals who will assist us in transforming the vehicle purchasing journey.

The Service Lot Coordinator serves as the first point of contact at the dealership for incoming service clients. This role involves welcoming and checking in customers upon their arrival for service appointments. It is the responsibility of the Automotive Service Lot Coordinator to safely relocate customer vehicles from the service area to the workshop.

  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously, gathering vehicle details at the customer's location when feasible.
  • Support the Service Advisor in assisting customers while ensuring the service area remains organized.
  • Safely maneuver customer vehicles following the greeting protocol established by management.
  • Secure keys in accordance with departmental safety procedures.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members and various departments within the dealership.
  • Adhere to dealership-specific protocols for the effective delivery of customer vehicles, promoting repeat visits and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Proactively assist fellow dealership staff in completing necessary tasks to maintain dealership operations.
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended durations.
  • Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
