Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insights into various loan programs and associated closing costs to assist potential buyers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with industry professionals to gather and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting requirements.
- Oversee the mortgage process to ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain an active pipeline of funding in accordance with our guidelines.
- Foster and develop relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to generate new business opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
- Must comply with lending regulations and adhere to bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies.
- Familiarity with loan origination software such as Encompass, Lending Wise, or Calyx, as well as proficiency in Office Suite is highly preferred.
- An active NMLS Mortgage Originator License is required.
- A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is necessary.
- Proven experience with self-generated leads and a well-established network of referral partners is essential.
