Mortgage Business Development Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and real estate professionals.
You will represent our mortgage products and services, educate prospects on their benefits, and refer them to a loan officer to secure the best financing options for their needs.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, mortgages, and relationship-building, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Sales Strategy and Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for promotional activities, campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Educate potential clients about the company's mortgage products, services, and the benefits of home financing options.
- Assist clients in understanding the loan application process and guide them through the necessary steps.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and sales metrics using CRM systems or other tracking tools.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding progress toward sales goals, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Assist in the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Requirements:
