Role Responsibilities

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Design and implement integrated solutions and services.
  • Identify and rectify hardware malfunctions.
  • Advise on enhancements to improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.
  • Oversee the configuration of both hardware and software solutions.
  • Establish and advance multi-platform enterprise standards.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of existing and new platform services.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system documentation and processes.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a comprehensive IT environment
- At least 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Stratus VOS
  • Proficient in Application Resource Incorporated Log & Alert Management System.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Ability to analyze performance and capacity metrics for optimal configuration.
  • Experience in financial transaction processing environments.
  • Background in Application Development.
  • Familiarity with Mainframe software and utilities, Hardware installation and support, Software installation/support, Storage hardware, and Disaster recovery.
  • Hands-on experience in Systems programming and IT architecture.
  • Strong understanding of IT standards and performance tuning.
  • Expertise in technical troubleshooting.
Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
