Job Summary:

The Systems Integration Architect plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing existing applications workflows, automation, and customizations of our ERP and internal Infrastructure systems. This position is responsible for resolving user requests for enhancements and troubleshooting problems with all systems and automated workflow enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and Coordinate All data integration uses, reporting, and security (80%):
Design and implement data integration solutions to meet business needs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
Develop and maintain data security policies and procedures

Create policies and procedures to ensure system updates and security IAW industry best practice (10%):
Research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices for system security
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for system updates and security

Plans outage and maintenance windows (10%):
Plan and coordinate outage and maintenance windows to minimize disruption
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition

Writes code and queries to automate existing or requested workflows (10%):
Develop and implement automation solutions to improve workflows
Collaborate with developers to write code and queries for automation

Manage Data Services Team (10%):
Lead and manage the Data Services team to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and implement team goals and objectives

Maintain data integrity IAW best practices and school Business Continuity Plan (10%):
Develop and maintain data integrity policies and procedures
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and business continuity

Requirements:

Excellent understanding of NIST framework and Standards
Excellent understanding of Cisco hardware and configuration skills
Excellent knowledge of wireless technology and radius authentication
Excellent knowledge of infrastructure security including firewalls, antivirus and other schemes to ensure security and a safe computing environment school-wide
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong customer service skills and demonstrated responsiveness to customer needs
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to partner with end users to deliver strategic solutions
