Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Lenox Hill Radiology. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Adhere to company policies and established protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Administer contrast agents as needed, utilizing safe and effective procedures.
  • Understand and utilize advanced imaging techniques, including TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, and field of view, to produce high-quality images.
  • Guide patients through the MRI process, providing clear explanations and addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patient care and exam procedures.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)
