Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Nuclear Medicine Equipment: Utilize advanced technology to produce high-quality diagnostic scans for physician interpretation.
  • Prepare Patients: Conduct thorough screenings, prepare patients for examination, and explain procedures in a clear and concise manner.
  • Enter Patient Data: Accurately enter patient history data and other relevant information into our system.
  • Perform Nuclear Medicine Exams: Conduct various Nuclear Medicine exams according to established standards and procedures.
  • Label and Maintain Records: Label images for identification and maintain required records.
  • Complete Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary record-keeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
  • Licensure: Current New York State License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Certification: Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) and/or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
  • Experience: Previous nuclear medicine technology experience preferred.
Additional Information
