Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Jobot. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients, as well as maintain existing client relationships.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and our practice leaders.
  • Promote our products and services to convince potential clients to do business with us.
  • Work with our team to develop proposals that address the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing our solutions and services.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with our technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a knack for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade potential clients and close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey our products and services to potential clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome business development challenges and obstacles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
