Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in text messaging.
  • Utilize various marketing and advertising platforms relevant to the automotive and hearing care industries.
  • Schedule and organize appointments for industry events and follow up with potential attendees.

Compensation: We offer a competitive starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with bi-weekly payment.

Ideal Candidate:

This role is an excellent opportunity for college students pursuing degrees in marketing or outside sales. We welcome applications from parents of school-age children. Experience in a contact center is advantageous, while customer service experience is essential. A valid mode of transportation is required, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Prior automotive experience is not necessary, as we provide two weeks of paid training.

Additional Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Candidates must be willing to undergo background and drug testing.

Work Schedule: While hours are flexible, we are ideally seeking a Full-Time Employee. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
