**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at KAD. As a Dental Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, expanding market presence, and fostering key client relationships to solidify our company's position as a leader in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the DSO and large group accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the dental market
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through winning new contracts, practice development, and services initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercial strategies and drive sales

**Requirements**

* Strong background in sales and business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field
* Strong understanding of the dental market within group accounts and a strong network with access to decision-makers
* Ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking
* Clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
* Strong organizational/project management skills
* High level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Current connections and experience selling into DSO's
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strongly prefer candidates selling orthodontic products
* Eagerness to work with a techy young start-up and flexibility to change course on a dime
