Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Implement HR services that encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse workforce, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process and support training and development efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company standards in all HR activities, including recruitment, safety protocols, and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a resource for state and federal employment laws, ensuring compliance with regulations such as Equal Employment Opportunity and Family Medical Leave.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in HR or related fields within a manufacturing setting.
