Our client is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner or HR Specialist to support their manufacturing operations. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Implement HR services that encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse workforce, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process and support training and development efforts.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company standards in all HR activities, including recruitment, safety protocols, and reporting requirements.
- Act as a resource for state and federal employment laws, ensuring compliance with regulations such as Equal Employment Opportunity and Family Medical Leave.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in HR or related fields within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
