Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director/Physical Therapist to lead our team at Sport & Spine Therapy of Marin County. As a dual-role position, you will oversee the clinic's operations and provide physical therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the clinic, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of physical therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Treatment Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy to patients and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the highest level of quality and patient safety.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
  • Physical Therapy License: Possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or management role is preferred, demonstrating your ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Clinical Skills: Possess strong clinical skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans and deliver high-quality patient care.
