Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Richmond, CA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating students with physical, sensory, or motor skills deficits, enhancing their academic, social, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges.
  • Personalized Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide effective direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continually assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster effective communication and support for our students.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure in CA.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
