POSITION SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Collect waste and maintain cleanliness in designated areas; wash chalkboards and ensure the availability of clean erasers.
  • Dust and mop floors, perform wet mopping, spot clean, and vacuum carpets and runners; rotate and clean stairways.
  • Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, light fixtures, and restroom facilities; ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Polish furniture and maintain the appearance of brass fixtures.
  • Keep cleaning equipment and materials organized and in good condition.
  • Secure premises by locking doors and windows and ensuring lights are turned off.
  • Report maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.
Job Requirements: The role requires basic skills in writing and arithmetic, along with the ability to follow instructions. Experience of up to three months is preferred.

Shifts may include:

1st shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

2nd shift: Monday - Friday 4:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

3rd shift: Sunday evening - Friday morning 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
