Job Title: Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

World Wide Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity and access management solutions using industry-leading technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including operating procedures, design documents, and operational drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance relating to all aspects of identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, and accounting.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to operations staff on system applications and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain secure and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management technologies, including APIs, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and multifactor authentication.
  • Experience with industry-standard platforms, including Microsoft IAM, Oracle IAM, SailPoint IAM, and IdP.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking infrastructure and server configurations.
  • Strong development experience with modern development languages, including Java, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, privacy, or financial compliance regulations and IT and security frameworks and standards.
  • Professional certifications, such as OSCP, SANS/GIAC, or CISSP.
