Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, carts, and flatbeds.
  • Assist members with their club pick-up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pick-up times, informing them of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
  • Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
