Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, gerontology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

You must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state.

Additionally, a minimum of ten years in a leadership capacity within a healthcare facility, with at least five years in an Administrator role, is essential.
