Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients in our 20-bed Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
  • BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
  • ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required.
  • 1-3 years of acute care experience preferred.
