As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients in our 20-bed Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
- BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
- ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required.
- 1-3 years of acute care experience preferred.
