Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit at our partnering hospital in Panama City, Florida.

Job Summary:

This per diem / prn nursing job offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current State Nursing License.
