Industrial Equipment Operator

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety and cleanliness protocols within an industrial mining environment.
- Operate various types of heavy machinery for the extraction of gypsum.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Document production metrics and other relevant data as required.
- Engage actively in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with off-road machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to operate designated equipment safely and effectively.
- Must hold a valid driver's license; a CDL is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capable of working independently to fulfill assigned duties.
- Proficient in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
Additional Details:
- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including Day and Swing shifts.

Compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
