Help Desk Specialist Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional onsite support for a client. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to approximately 15 in-office users and 30-60 remote users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for endpoint devices, including troubleshooting, imaging, patching, decommissioning, and software updates.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the client's IT team to ensure seamless support and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's technology infrastructure and systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a help desk role, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting and support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
